Greg Laswell Adds More Shows, New Christmas Song “Little Drummer Boy”
Greg Laswell, one of our featured artists we wrote about a little over a month ago has extended his tour by adding shows with friends Ingrid Michaelson, Jenny Owen Youngs (again) and Jesca Hoop, along with a handful of other solo shows. Out of the bunch, a new face on the scene as of a year ago is Jenny Owen Youngs who will be playing in Philly on the 17th of this next month with Greg at the Tin Angel. Her performance features her single “Fuck Was I” as well as a pretty decent cover of “Hot In Here”.
As for Greg, he has a new Christmas song which you may recognize, “Little Drummer Boy”, and is currently streaming on his myspace page as well. You can hear more of Greg contributing to the last track on the Hotel Cafe’s ‘Winter Songs’. The album can be streamed on Hotel Cafe’s official site (and can be bought there too). Other artists on this album include Sara Bareilles, Cary Brothers, Ingrid Michaelson, Meiko and Joshua Radin.
