Merry Christmas from Indiecater Records!
You probably already figured this would be about Christmas music, and you’re right! It is! This Christmas playlist has that Indie twang you’re looking for this holiday season. So when you’re thinking about hanging stockings, trimming the tree or need to relieve some stress from rigging up those lights in the coming weeks, fall back on these songs to relax and put you in a completely unique position to be on the edge of the latest Christmas songs. Who knows, one of these could become a perennial favorite, right?
Indiecater Records put together a list that is one-of-a-kind, featuring “17 seasonally adjusted songs from a bunch of bands we adore”. After months of knocking on the artists doors to set this album up just in time for Christmas, Indiecater chose from over 50 submissions! And its true, they’ve ended up with enough music to what they call a “nice alternative to the perennial sound of Christmas. “
This years album marks their 4th compilation and consists of original festive recordings. All but 4 of the tunes have been written especially for the occasion. The album is selling for €6.50 (about $8.40 US)and can only be bought from the Indiecater website.
