As SXSW goes underway today, we’re anticipating every little bit of good news coming out of the popular festival that every music writer wishes they could make. Among many of the great bands to check out, one of our favorites will be premiering their latest song live. That’s right, Silversun Pickups will be playing their first single from Swoon, “Panic Switch”.

Their first performance will be at Stubbs Friday, March 20, for the Guitar Hero® Metallica Event, followed by one at Antone’s Saturday, March 21, at 12:00 a.m. The group has already drawn more than enough interest in their direction given the long wait for their next album set to release on April 14th.
