This week has a shorter list of groups we really can talk much about. With summer almost (officially) here, the next few weeks should be a big treat. As for this week we took notice to Major Lazer, which is the DJ duo made up of the talented DJ Diplo and Switch. Their first official album together is called Guns Don’t Kill People… Lazers Do.

Also this week, if you’re looking to get into a young pop/rock group on the rise, we recommend checking out Hawk Nelson’s Summer EP, Hawk Nelson is a group from Ontario who have been around since 2000 and are currently signed to Tooth & Nail.

If you’re yearning for some electronica, perhaps Kid Mud’s latest Now They Shut Us Down, will fit your fancy. Lastly, if you’re an Incubus fan, you probably know every song on their Greatest Hits Collection titled Moments and Melodies. Incubus’ last album, Light Grenades looks like it was their last album make the cut before the band decided to put together their favorite songs on one album.
