Delorentos Second Album Out Next Week!

As October quickly fills up with lots of new music, there’s no casting aside Delorentos. As far as Irish bands go, we couldn’t wait until Director released I’ll Wait For Sound (yet to be seen in the US iTunes Store), but Delorentos are right up there with them. With their 2007 release of In Love With Detail, singles such as “Do You Realise”, “Basis Of Everything” and many other upbeat tracks tied together a heart-pumping debut for a band dubbed “The Irish World’s Best New Band” last year. With Rónan Yourell at the helm, Delorentos play and sing as a group who are ready to take the world on.

Its true, there’s lots to get worked up about here. Delorentos bring a poppy side to rock that few have been able to capture. If you haven’t picked up a copy of In Love With Detail, we recommend you prep yourself for their new album, You Can Make Sound, on October 9th! Their album will be relased off of their own DeloRecords.

Words can’t describe how excited we are that this album is coming out… We’ve spent the last couple of months putting the finishing touches to the songs, having it mixed by Cenzo Townsend, Adrian Bushby and Phil Hayes. And now, the big boxes of albums have arrived on our shores, we are really excited out how it sounds! We have experienced so much over the last couple of years, so many ups and downs, but we are getting on with it, and looking forward to what happens next. This is a new chapter for delorentos and we hope you will like it too.
