As the year winds down, the number of artists releasing each week dwindles as well.  Many musicians turn to “Best of” or reissues, which is all fine, but it really forces us to reevaluate every week we didn’t get to spend as much time with.

The eternal Tom Waits and the ever-ambitious Moby release this week.  While Waits has a seemingly easy live album, Moby presented an Emmy on Monday night and has a much more flexing album.
