Mix For The Weekend VIII
Bound with undeniable goodness, our eighth edition of Mix for the Weekend has arrived. The likes of School of Seven Bells, The Violet Lights and Lykke Li blessed our ears lately as well as a ton of scrumptious indie bands.
Soon to tour with Interpol, School of Seven Bells’ addition to the list,”Devil Dust”, takes off in the airy and uplifting manner you would expect from the group. Matthew Dear will also be joining the North American tour, so head to Interpol‘s site to get free tracks from all three acts.
California artists rocked this list as Far Out and The Violet Lights really stuck out to us. Far Out just released their debut album, Teenage Afterlife, while The Violet Lights will release their debut EP Sex & Sound on May 24.
Other goodies in the bunch are Mitten, More Amor, Liam Singer and Yellowbirds. Lots to check out here, so please leave your feedback and let us know what you liked the most on this list.
