Stars – Backlines (Eight and a Half Remix)

The infectious pop group, Stars released their sixth studio album titled The North back on September 12th, but that doesn’t stop them from continuing to promote their latest album. Eight and a Half, a remix trio consisting of members from Broken Social Scene and The Stills, added their magic to Stars’ track “Backlines”.

Given the Canadio trio’s background and the fact that The Stills broke up in 2011, I wouldn’t hold your breath for any dubstep, but I would expect the creative forces in this new seemingly side project to kick out quality. This remix has some classy additions, while keeping the original track in tact.
